Project Description
St-Germain is a French liqueur. Each year, the St-Germain holiday card takes the form of a New Year's party hat (made of paper) with a French theme, and provides a couple of cocktail recipes. This year's hat takes inspiration from the Moulin Rouge and Moulin Galette cafes in the Montmartre district of Paris.
